Procore Seminar Lunch + Learn

The SMACNA Procore Training Seminar will provide members with practical instruction on utilizing Procore to improve project management, communication, and documentation throughout all phases of mechanical construction projects. The seminar focuses on how mechanical contractors can leverage Procore to enhance collaboration between project managers, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and owners.

Attendees will receive training on key Procore modules including project setup, drawing and specification management, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, meeting minutes, punch lists, document control, and project reporting. Special emphasis is placed on workflows commonly used by mechanical contractors, including coordination with other trades, tracking change orders, managing field documentation, and maintaining accurate project records.

The seminar also demonstrates best practices for improving project visibility, reducing administrative tasks, and ensuring that all project stakeholders have access to current and accurate information.
